Potter Raper Partnership         fits the bill...

Kings Crescent Awards

Kings Crescent, a refurbishment and new-build scheme, has won a ‘RIBA London Award 2018’. The RIBA has been celebrating outstanding work for over 180 years. Their awards are a mark of excellence, recognising the best architecture, architects, research and students.

The scheme has also won two awards at the National Housing Awards. The 'Best Regeneration Project' (most significant contribution made to neighbourhood regeneration through the use of affordable home ownership) and Best Partnership (recognising organisations working in partnership to deliver affordable home ownership properties).

The scheme has also been shortlisted for the 'Best affordable housing development' (over 71 homes) Award, with winners being announced at the Inside Housing Development Awards on 29th November 2018.

Potter Raper Partnership is committed to their employees, the local community and sustaining the local environment. In our CSR policy we aim to illustrate the areas of business that we target in order to maximise our employee satisfaction, limit the effect we have on the environment and enhance the local environment by providing services and funding for the community. We believe that by taking a greater responsibility for the effect we have on the environment and ensuring that we work in a manner that takes the local community into consideration, we will actively reduce the impact we, our clients and suppliers have on our surroundings.
