Construction of a 6-storey building providing 5 floors of office space above a ground floor restaurant and retail unit.  Works also comprised associated parking, a new substation, cycle and refuse stores, drainage and services.

The project is part of the Ashford Commercial Quarter Regeneration Scheme led by Ashford Borough Council.  It is largely bordered by commercial properties and is adjacent to Ashford International Station.

In addition to the office building, works included an extension to the existing Stour Centre Car Park which is situated approximately 300m to the east of the main development.
