This scheme involved significant cost planning and stakeholder engagement. At the point of our instruction, many of the tenants had been secured and therefore our documentation had to reflect their requirements, in terms of the shell and core required, to accommodate their needs.

The tenants were keen to take possession as quickly as possible, therefore time was a critical factor. An enabling works package was let in advance of the main works package as the design was further progressed for that element. Further design works and the tender process were carried out whilst the enabling works were on-site, enabling a seamless transition from one contract to another.
