The project consists of a 12-storey commercial office building alongside extensive landscaping and infrastructure works as part of the wider Newcastle Helix redevelopment of the former Newcastle Brewery site.

The building will provide Grade A office space that is fully BCO compliant, along with a shared reception area and separate A3 café units facing onto public squares. The development is targeting BREEAM “Excellent” and a WiredScore Platinum rating, as well as connecting into a District Energy network that will service the building.

Potter Raper are also appointed as Project Manager on a second office, The Lumen, building of a similar scale on the adjacent plot.
