Legal and General Investments appointed Potter Raper to provide technical advice and assistance prior to the agreement of funding for a dual branded Hilton/Hampton Hotel and throughout the construction phase.
We carried out a Due Diligence exercise for the Client, during which extensive negotiations were undertaken with Hilton and the Football Association (FA). The dual-branded hotel development managed by Hilton forms part of a larger scheme developed by the FA. Set in 330 acres of parkland, St George’s Park also homes the National Football Centre, which includes 12 full size pitches including one synthetic indoor pitch. The indoor pitch is linked to changing facilities, gymnasiums, a hydrotherapy suite with related sports medical and sports science facilities and office accommodation.
