Alex Brown
Associate Director
Alex is a Building Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience, based in our London office. He is involved in a variety of tasks and duties on a day-to-day basis, commonly acting as Contract Administrator for numerous projects.
He has been involved in a range of projects, from refurbishing laboratories, plant room replacement works, and managing and overseeing large repair and maintenance programmes. Alex has provided defect analysis and inspection reporting across a large number of housing stock, including working with various landed Estates. Many of these instructions evolve into larger administration projects to remedy the found defects.
Alex’s project portfolio includes notable ventures such as the £2.5m UCL BEAMS Small Works programmes and the £5m Woolwich Old Town Hall and Public Library refurbishment project.
Outside of work, Alex enjoys following his favourite football team, Arsenal, and manages his son football team, together with other sporting interests.
