Ben Rudge
Associate Director
Ben Rudge joined Potter Raper in January 2014 and has experience in the residential, education and commercial sectors. Ben has a high level of understanding of defect analysis, fire safety, contract administration and project management. He has extensive experience working with Local Authorities, Housing Associations and ALMO’s.
Ben has worked on projects such as timber cladding replacements, £2 million interior and exterior refurbishment projects, large scale mechanical and electrical replacements and the Warm Dry Safe and Quality Home Investment programme. He also has experience in design development work which includes the conversion of community halls, flat roof and loft spaces into accommodation in London.
Ben became a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2020 and is a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
Ben enjoys spending time with his friends and family. He also loves music and is a regular DJ in his local area.
