Claire’s skills and experience enable her to assist clients in exploring different delivery routes and implementing them successfully. With a profound understanding of the operational environment in both the public and private sectors, Claire has worked directly for Local Authorities, Housing Associations, and the GLA to develop successful implementation strategies tailored to each organisations unique challenges.

One of Claire’s notable achievements is the success of the ‘Cambridge Investment Partnership’, an equal partnership between Cambridge City Council and Hill Investment Partnerships. Claire’s approach was one of pragmatism, team work and ensuring good governance which enabled the partnership to flourish and meet its objectives. Under Claire’s leadership, this partnership successfully delivered over 1000 new homes in less than five years, significantly impacting the Cambridge housing landscape. This achievement resulted in the team securing “Development Team of the Year” award at the Inside Housing Awards in 2021.
