Dan Sweeting
Associate Director
Dan is a Quantity Surveyor based in our London office, joining Potter Raper in 2019.
Dan’s experience includes a wide range of projects across the public and private sectors, forms of contract, with project budgets ranging from £100K to £500M. Principally undertaking Quantity Surveying services Dan also carries out Fund Monitoring, Due Diligence and Contract Administrator services. Projects Dan has recently been involved in include the construction of a new science buildings at Northwood College for Girls – GDST, a 500 bed built-to-rent Wirral Waters residential scheme, the new build Brunel Social Building and the Sky Studios Elstree campus project.
Outside of work Dan likes to spend his time relaxing with his family, is a keen tennis player, and enjoys the occasional round of golf.
