Emma is a Director based in our Beckenham office and has worked at Potter Raper since 2014, joining as an Employer’s Agent.
Emma carries out Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Contract Administration commissions which involve delivering strategic and high-profile schemes for a wide range of Clients.
Her experience focuses on delivering much needed Affordable Homes on projects such as the £197m Lombard Square Scheme with Peabody and Berkeley Homes in West Thamesmead, the £300m redevelopment of Holloway Prison, £45m Store Road Scheme for Hyde Housing and strategic involvement with the London Boroughs of Newham and Wandsworth for their 1,000 New Homes targets.
Emma’s specialist experience encompasses a wide range of experience with an ability to deliver high-density, multi-tenure schemes from feasibility through to completion. She is a pre-contract specialist with extensive knowledge of the latest design and quality standards and building regulations. She has significant pre and post-contract experience in the commercial and public sectors, with extensive housing experience embracing the latest JCT forms of contract, negotiating bespoke Development Agreements and delivering complex land deals.
Emma enjoys travelling, hiking and visiting as many beaches as she can get to with her two Hungarian Vizslas and, sometimes, her husband as well.
