Gareth Howell
Director
Gareth is a Director based in the Central London office. He joined Potter Raper in 2021 and was appointed Director in 2023. He specialises in high profile and complex projects across the UK.
Gareth has over 15 years’ experience in project management, holds an MSc in Property Development and is a Chartered Surveyor.
His experience is primarily in the commercial sector, working on projects such as the £200 million Bristol Temple Island regeneration scheme and the Bushfield Masterplan, which aims to create a one million square foot sustainable mixed-use development in Winchester. He has also advised on the £190 million Sky Studios Elstree Campus. Previously, Gareth worked on the Salisbury Square development for the City of London, a £300 million Civic Quarter providing flagship legal and police facilities and high-end commercial office space. In the leisure sector, he delivered the refurbishment of the iconic “home of premieres” Odeon in Leicester Square.
Gareth also carries out development monitoring assignments for funders. He has an interest in how emerging technology can help improve our experience of the built environment and has experience in delivering highly successful ‘plug and play’ office projects.
Gareth enjoys watching his favourite football team, spending time with his family, cycling and outdoor activities.
