Project Director
James is a Project Director who originally worked for Potter Raper between 2017 and 2023 and returned in 2024.
James is a Project Manager who has worked across many sectors with extensive experience of pre and post contract Project Management, Contract Administrator/Employer’s Agent duties, due diligence and fund monitoring.
James’ project portfolio features notable ventures such as the construction of new science buildings at Northwood College for Girls and Putney High School – GDST; estate refurbishment at South Hampstead Junior School – GDST; several large new-build residential schemes including Wirral Waters – Miller’s Quay and Nightingale Estate Regeneration; hotel developments including Marriott Hotel – Keele University, and commercial refurbishments including 20 Dering Street.
Outside of work, James enjoys rugby, cricket, sailing and anything vaguely active in the countryside.
