James McCay

Associate Director

James has been working at Potter Raper since 2015 and works within the residential, industrial and conservation sectors. James also has experience in Building Surveying, Project Management and Estate and Facilities Management.

Since completing his BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying, James had a passion to pursue further education in the Employer’s Agent/Project Management sector, and in 2021 he passed his APC, gaining his MRICS qualification.

James enjoys watching all types of sport, exercising and socialising with friends and family.
