Ken Hannah
Associate Director
Ken joined Potter Raper in 2013 with a MBA, BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and a Masters Degree in Interdisciplinary Design in the Built Environment.
Appointed to assist the Potter Raper CDM Department to manage the CDM pre-construction process, Ken quickly achieved NEBOSH Construction and Fire Risk National Certificates. Ken is now an Associate Director, leading a CDM Principal Designer team delivering services to UCL and a number of property investment fund projects both commercial and residential from the Potter Raper London office.
Ken holds CMaPS status with the Association for Project Safety and sits on both the London Region Committee and the National Client Advisory working party.
A golfer, singer and occasional after dinner speaker, Ken is also a keen rugby fan. In his spare time, he is an occasional mentor for University of Westminster Architectural students, a Trustee for Sports Aid (Scotland), a Guide for Scottish Blind Golf and a charity fundraiser.
