Luke Loveridge
Associate Director
Luke is a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience, based in our Beckenham office. He primarily works with public sector organisations on projects of varying sizes and budgets, from small residential conversions to large-scale new build projects.
He has experience providing financial management and cost control pre-contract on a number of residential developments for Local Authorities and Housing Associations. He specialises in Measured Term Contracts and putting together budget estimates for Section 20 purposes.
Luke’s project portfolio includes notable ventures such as the £7.3 million modular construction Mellish and Sugden project, the £18.5 million Wood Street project, the £40.5 million Frankham Street phases 1 and 2, as well as long-term MTC contracts with Thurrock and Royal Borough of Greenwich
Outside of work, Luke enjoys playing cricket, golf, watching football and travelling.
