Matt Gregory
Director
Matt is a Director based in the Central London office. He joined Potter Raper in 2012 and was appointed Associate Director in 2021 and Director in 2023.
Matt has over 15 years’ experience focused on the delivery of large-scale projects for a number of institutional-grade Developers and Funds. Key commercial sector projects Matt has managed include the 150,000 sq ft Tempo office building in Maidenhead and the redevelopment of the 50,000 sq ft Victoria Gate office redevelopment in Woking. Outside the commercial sector, Matt’s recent experience includes the delivery of a 24-bedroom Grade II listed boutique hotel and 18 apartments over four separate Victorian/Edwardian townhouses for the London Landed Estates.
He also specialises in carrying out the Due Diligence/Fund Monitor roles and was involved in the new North/South stand at Headingley Stadium and the 280,000 sq ft office building for TfL at the International Quarter, Stratford.
Matt is a keen golf player and spectator.
