Michael Bull
Project Director
Michael is a Project Director in our Cambridge office and has over 15 years experience providing Employer’s Agent and Joint Venture supervisor services in the educational, residential and healthcare sectors. Throughout his career he has managed a wide range of projects both pre and post contract, focussing primarily on joint ventures, land led deals and special purpose vehicles.
He has a vast knowledge in large regenerations with a spear head focus to risk management, procurement and contracting. Michael enjoys unlocking schemes and assisting clients to make them viable.
Michael project portfolio features notable ventures such as the £17.5 million Aylesborough Close project, the £40.5 million Frankham Street (phase 1 and 2) project and £65 million Cromwell Road project.
He started the Cambridge office 5 years ago and developed a team of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors that now service a selection of clients including Housing Associations and Local Authorities.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys travelling, power kites, kayaking, the saxophone and running.
