Michael Morter
Associate Director
Michael is an Associate Director and has work for Potter Raper since January 2016. He specialises in providing Employer’s Agent/Project Management services to Registered Social Landlords on all RIBA Plan of Work stages 1 to 7 inclusive. Michael has been particularly involved with complex and phased housing developments up to £150m in value, using traditional JCT contracting documentation, bespoke Development Agreements and Joint Venture arrangements.
Since graduating in 1983 having achieved his BSc (Hons), Michael has worked on project types ranging from commercial/industrial properties, healthcare facilities, retail outlets, through financial services premises to residential schemes.
Michael is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS), Fellow of the Association for Project Management (FAPM) and an Incorporated Member of the Association for Project Safety (IMaPS).
Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing badminton, squash and swimming.
