Paul Denny
Director
Paul splits his time between our London and Colchester offices, and has worked at Potter Raper since re-joining the company in 1997. He has been responsible for the Colchester office since 2007 and oversees a variety of Quantity Surveying, Bank Monitoring, Employer’s Agent, Project Manager and Principal Designer commissions.
Paul has significant experience in the residential sector, completing both private and public housing for a variety of Clients. He works with a number of Banks / Funds Institutions in providing Monitoring Services and Employer’s Agent works for Housing Associations. Paul also works extensively in the education sector providing advice for both new-build and refurbishment schemes.
Paul likes spending time with his family and walking the dog. He is a keen spectator for most sports and enjoys a round of golf.
