Project Director
Pedro joined Potter Raper in 2013 as an Associate Director and was promoted to Project Director in 2024.
With over 30 years of invaluable experience as a Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, both in the UK and internationally, Pedro brings a wealth of expertise. Proficient in all aspects of Pre and Post-Contract financial management and cost control, he specialises in the residential sector, particularly on large estate regeneration projects. However, Pedro’s versatility extends beyond residential projects, as he has also amassed considerable experience in office, retail, hospitality, and major sports events, including the iconic London 2012 Olympics. Within the QS department, Pedro is responsible for all aspects of data research & implementation, together with the continuous staff training and the development of new digital solutions.
Pedro’s project portfolio boasts notable ventures such as the £155m Nightingale Estate project, the £85m Blackhorse Yard project and £74m Westhorpe Gardens and Mills Grove project.
Outside of work, Pedro enjoys spending time with his family, learning about new technologies, design, and arts. He also has a keen interest in photography.
