Peter Fitzpatrick
Associate Director
Peter joined Potter Raper in 2017 and is the Associate Director of the Brighton office, which opened in 2017. He has previously worked for Consultancy and Client organisations, as well as main and sub-contractor companies.
With a main role of Quantity Surveying, Peter has the required skillset to also deliver Project Management, Employer’s Agent and Bank Monitoring roles and is experienced in working across many sectors including listed buildings, commercial, retail and residential. With an MSc in Coastal and Marine Resource Management, he is also widely experienced in coastal, fluvial and flood defense matters.
Peter spends his time walking his beagle, watching his sons play football and playing/teaching guitar.
