Phil is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, based in the London office, who joined Potter Raper in 2014.
Phil’s experience includes a wide range of projects, forms of contract and methods of procurement across the private and public sectors. He predominantly provides Quantity Surveying services but also has the knowledge and experience to provide Project Management and Employer’s Agent services.
Phil likes cycling, rugby and golf.
