Richard Chisnall
Director
Richard originally worked for Potter Raper between 1995 and 2011 and returned in 2018 as an Associate. In 2019, Richard was promoted to Director and operates out of our Colchester office.
Richard has in excess of 25 years’ experience working in private practice, providing all aspects of Quantity Surveying primarily in the commercial, education, healthcare, office and residential sectors. As well as providing core Quantity Surveying services, Richard also undertakes Contract Administration, Employer’s Agent, Fund Monitoring and Expert Witness roles.
Richard enjoys relaxing with family and friends, watching and occasionally participating in sport. More often than not, he can be seen on the touchlines cheering on his two sons.
