Rob Hayes

Project Director

Rob has been working at Potter Raper since 2020 and was promoted to Associate Director in 2023 and Project Director in 2024.

Rob is an experienced Quantity Surveyor who has delivered a variety of complex schemes within the residential, commercial, education, retail, and Film and TV sectors. He has extensive experience in residential developments of all tenures, including co-living, and build-to-rent.

Projects Rob has worked on include Sky Studios Elstree South, the new £190 million state-of-the-art film and TV studio, Sutton High School masterplan for The Girls’ Day School Trust, as well as significant projects for various Higher Education institutions.

Outside of work, Rob enjoys rugby, football, and golf.
