Ryan Appleton
Associate Director
Ryan is an Associate Director, based in the Colchester office and has worked at Potter Raper since 2007.
Ryan is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor, although he does also carry out Project Management commissions. Ryan’s portfolio largely comprises our higher education Clients, as well as considerable experience of residential development with projects in excess of £30m. Ryan is also an RICS Assessor.
Ryan likes climbing, travelling, shooting and volunteering for the Ambulance Service.
