Steven joined Potter Raper as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Associate Director in 2023.
With over 15 years experience working as a Project Manager, Steven has vast experience in multiple sectors including new-build residential properties, mixed-use commercial developments, leisure, restoration and refurbishment projects, new-build and extensions for educational buildings including extensive Primary and SEND experience and Project Management programme lead experience on large multi-site residential developments.
Some of the key schemes Steven has been involved in include the Brick by Brick Smaller Sites Programme of 24 mixed tenure residential developments in the London Borough of Croydon, the £190 million Sky Studios Elstree campus and the Bushfield Camp, Winchester for the Church Commissioners for England in Partnership with Legal & General and Gisborne Investment Group.
Steven is also part of our Wellbeing team and is a Mental Health First Aider. He provides support to any Potter Raper employee who may be struggling and would like to turn to someone for support, as well as providing external presentations on wellbeing to organisations such as the CIOB.
Steven enjoys spending time with family, swimming, cycling and running.
