Stuart Dyson
Associate Director
Stuart is a Quantity Surveyor with over 10 years’ experience working with public sector organisations. He has worked on projects of varying size and value, from small residential projects to larger schemes involving residential, commercial, and leisure aspects.
The majority of his work has been on local authority projects, encompassing both refurbishment and new builds, with a focus on residential use. While working on projects at Potter Raper during the pre- and post-contract stages on both new build and refurbishment projects, Stuart expanded his knowledge of different procurement routes, tendering processes, various contract types, estimating different building elements, the financial implications of certain developments, and how to control them.
Stuart’s project portfolio includes notable ventures such as the £18 million Kennaway Estate project, the £147 million Grange Farm Regeneration, £62 million Marian Court scheme, the London Borough of Hackneys £20 million new build Clapton Park regeneration projects as well as managing the London Borough of Southwark’s Hidden Homes & QHIP programmes.
Outside of work, Stuart enjoys watching and playing numerous sport, most notably football and golf as well riding motorcycles.
