Tom Poulton
Associate Director
Tom is an Associate Director based in our Brighton office. He joined Potter Raper in 2019 and specialises in providing Project Management and Employer’s Agent services to public and private sector clients.
He completed an MSc in Building Surveying in 2018 and is currently completing his RICS APC in Project Management.
Tom has worked on projects including new build and refurbishment of commercial projects, as well as new build residential projects ranging from 11 units to multi-phased projects of over 1200 units. His experience is mainly in the residential sector including projects such as the £486 million Cherry Park Build-to-Rent project in Stratford, the £27 million Manor Street Braintree mixed-use regeneration project and the £20 million Patmore Estate social housing project in Wandsworth. He has also worked on commercial Crossrail oversight developments in Central London valued up to £300 million.
Tom is a keen guitarist and enjoys spending time with friends and family, cooking, going to the gym, hiking and snowboarding.
