Tom Rose
Director
Tom joined Potter Raper in 2010 and became Director in May 2019. He is a Chartered Surveyor and leads a team of 33 Employer’s Agents in the Beckenham Office.
Prior to joining Potter Raper, Tom worked as a Landlord and Tenant and General Practice surveyor and brought with him a wealth of commercial property and dispute resolution experience. He has delivered residential schemes of all sizes and tenures, from infill sites to estate regeneration, high spec Private Sale and Extra Care.
Tom is responsible for our industry-leading defects reports, workload resource management and for our cloud-based document storage and site inspection processes.
Tom enjoys spending time with his family, wild camping in the woods, occasional bouts of yoga and cycling, cooking, baking bread, fermenting sauerkraut, listening to music, going to gigs and festivals, reading whenever he can and playing the guitar.
