We are involved in the Arcus Road Regeneration project

We are pleased to be involved in the Arcus Road regeneration project in Downham, a development creating 36 new homes across a mix of tenures, designed by Mikhail Riches, RIBA Stirling Prize winning Architect for Goldsmiths Street in Norwich.

This Housing Design Award 2023 winning project enhances neighbourhood connectivity, offering green spaces, safe play zones for children, and energy-efficient housing. Designed with sustainability at its core, the development features:

    • Terraces built to Passivhaus standards, ensuring quiet, cost-effective and comfortable living year-round.
    • New pedestrian and cycling paths, generous bike storage, and minimal car parking to foster a pedestrian-friendly atmosphere.
    • Natural play areas to create a vibrant and inclusive community.

Working alongside Phoenix Community Housing, we are proud to provide, Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and CDM – Principal Designer services to help deliver this forward-thinking development.

We look forward to continuing to collaborate with the team and being a key part of this development’s progress.
