BEAMS – MSSL Ariel House Outbuildings project has completed and it looks fantastic!
Acting as the Building Surveyor/Lead Consultant, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Principal Designer for University College London, we transformed two derelict outbuildings into a wellbeing space and a multi-faith prayer room.
The extensive work included structural repairs, internal fabric improvements including thermal upgrades, new electrical and mechanical services.
Dr. Dimitra Stamogiannou, UCL Institute Manager for the Institute for Global Health, shared her excitement, saying, “It looks absolutely amazing!”.
