We are pleased to announce that Begbroke Science Park (phase 1) has completed.
The project saw the design and construction of two Class B1(b) laboratory enabled buildings, one for the University of Oxford and the other for a commercial tenanted research space. The works also added a new car park with 414 spaces, catering to the entire science park.
In partnership with the University of Oxford and Legal & General, the campus has been increased by 12,50sqm, accommodating approximately 500 individuals across the two buildings.
Both buildings now boast state-of-the-art research facilities, ensuring the continuation of groundbreaking research endeavours for years to come! They’ve been constructed to meet highly sustainable standards, including BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, EPC A, LETI guidelines, and Passivhaus principles.
We’re proud to have carried out the Due Diligence and Fund Monitoring for this project, working closely alongside our valued client, Legal & General.
