We are pleased to announce the successful completion of the Birch Grove project! Our team in Colchester, who acted as Bank Monitoring, worked alongside the client United Trust Bank Limited.
The project involved the demolition of the existing farm buildings and the construction of 3 high end detached 6/7 bedroom, 5 bathroom houses, with a gross internal floor area of circa 400m². The houses are located in an area of outstanding natural beauty and are accessed via a private driveway.
This project is a net zero construction utilising many sustainable elements such as solar panels, air source heat pumps and an MVHR heat recovery system.
