This project has already achieved remarkable recognition, winning both the RIBA London Award 2024 and the RIBA National Award 2024. In addition to the Stirling Prize, it is also in the running for the Stephen Lawrence Prize, Client of the Year Award, and the Neave Brown Award for Housing, all to be announced on 16th October.

We had the pleasure of delivering Quantity Surveying, Contract Administration, Project Management, CDM Principal Designer, and Clerk of Works services to ensure the Employer and lead Designers vision was successfully delivered for this fantastic housing development in London.

Chowdhury Walk comprises 11 homes, including 7 for social rent, with a design that prioritises community, privacy, and accessibility.

We wish the best of luck to all the projects shortlisted this year!
