A huge congratulations to Aaron Baker, who is celebrating 15 years with Potter Raper. Aaron joined us in 2009 as a Senior Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor, progressing to Associate Director in 2011 and Director in 2016.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Aaron has built a wealth of experience over the years across a multitude of sectors. He manages both Cost and Project Management commissions and specialises in Due Diligence and Fund Monitoring.
Some of Aaron’s key projects include major façade retention schemes in central London on Dover and New Cavendish Streets, The National Football Centre (St George’s Park), Headingley Stadium’s Rugby / Cricket stands, the Life and Mind Building for Oxford University, the new Fusion Development Research building for the UK Atomic Energy Authority, circa 8 million sq ft of warehouse space, and numerous student residences and hotels.
