We’re delighted to share the successful completion of the Cosway Street project.
As the Employer’s Agent we collaborated closely with client, City of Westminster, in the construction of 49 private sale apartments in the heart of Marylebone. The development includes an underground car park and a private central courtyard.
The building presents an eye-catching façade which incorporates precast curved brick panels manufactured off-site and delivered to site for installation. The entrance, marked by a stunning corbelled stone surround, divides the north and south blocks. The balustrades, echoing Georgian terrace elegance, adds a touch of sophistication.
