With over 50 years trading, the Directors wanted a plan for the company’s future to ensure our continued development, whilst sustaining our business philosophy and culture. With a desire to encourage staff involvement, it became clear that the EOT model was the right route to take.
Research has shown that employee-owned businesses perform stronger, with employees who are more engaged, committed, and working in a collaborative environment.
Being an EOT will also benefit Clients too, as every employee has a vested interest in the success of the company and will therefore have greater motivation.
