Potter Raper is thrilled to celebrate being a #ProudlyEO business on this year’s EO Day!
With the theme #ProudlyEO, we’re highlighting the positive impact employee ownership has on our employees, business, the wider economy, communities, and the environment. Founded in 1970, Potter Raper transitioned to an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) in May 2022, driven by our commitment to foster staff involvement and collaboration.
Our Managing Director, Robert Humphrey, shares, “We are proud to be an EOT business. Our staff are the heart of our business and the driving force behind our success. Being an EOT has enabled us to actively involve our employees in decisions and innovative ideas. Recently, we released a comprehensive four-part employee questionnaire to gather honest feedback and suggestions. With our upcoming employee conference day in July, we’re excited to hear even more great ideas.”
Research shows that employee-owned companies perform better, with more engaged and committed employees. This directly benefits our clients, as every employee has a vested interest in the company’s success, ensuring a dedicated and motivated work ethos.
Join us in celebrating EO Day today and the shared success it brings!
