Potter Raper are sponsoring Future of London’s ‘Workspace for All’ event on Wednesday 14th November. These events have been running since 2016 to share best practice in promoting SME workspace throughout the city.
The event will look into how London’s workspace operators, public-sector landlords and private-sector developers meet the diverse demands of SMEs. More than 100 public and private-sector landlords, developers, workspace operators and planning/policy decision-makers will be attending giving participants a chance to discuss new ideas.
As flexible SME workspaces play a greater role in local economic development strategies, councils are seeking affordable, supportive and inclusive offers to maximise community benefit. Potter Raper are currently working with the London Borough of Hackney to incorporate workspace provision in phase 3 and 4 at King’s Crescent.
