Successful G4C in Sussex event

We had a great evening at the G4C in Sussex event last week!

For those who may be wondering, G4C stands for Generation 4 Change, a subsidiary of Constructing Excellence for the next generation. It provides young professionals in the UK built environment industry with a place to network, challenge, share ideas, and opportunities to have their voices heard. It’s a place to help shape the future of the industry.

Devin Greenwood, who is the chair for G4C In Sussex, provided an opening speech providing information on what G4C is all about. Nicola Tilbury then gave insights into Potter Raper’s services and highlighting the importance of networking, especially for newcomers finding their feet in the industry. Finally, Derek Rees from SECBE rounded off the speeches, illuminating the significance of Constructing Excellence and the integral role G4C plays within it.

We’re honoured to be on the committee, with Dylan Williams from Potter Raper sharing, “G4C is crucial for me as a young professional navigating social situations in our industry. It’s helping me grow, both professionally and personally.”

G4C is keen to keep the events free of charge with company sponsors helping, ensuring accessibility for all. Additionally, G4C welcomes individuals interested in joining the committee. If you’d like to contribute and be part of shaping the future of G4C, please reach out to Devin at

A massive thank you to Devin Greenwood for spearheading this initiative and asking Potter Raper to be part of G4C Sussex.
