Potter Raper are excited to announce that we will be working with Gateway Housing Association and Rockwell to deliver new affordable housing. This is as part of a wider 30-storey mixed-use development at London’s 82 West India Dock Road, which primarily comprises a hotel and residential units.
This development is expected to provide 259 new jobs and 66 new homes, with 35% being affordable housing. Potter Raper will be providing Employer’s Agent services on behalf of Gateway Housing Association for the delivery of the S106 affordable units.
