We are delighted to be acting as Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and CDM Co-ordinator on the John Barker Place project for settle.
We have entered phase 2 of the development, providing affordable and shared ownership homes, as well as landscaping and public realm improvements that will benefit new and existing residents.
We are looking forward to seeing phase 2 develop this year, with completion set for early next year.
