We are pleased to be involved in the John Barker place project which aims to provide 129 apartments and townhouses, included landscaping over 2 phases.
Phase 1 has seen the successful delivery of ground floor commercial premises and retirement living comprising 37 one-bedroom apartments. This accommodation now provides independent living for the elderly, with housing support services.
Phase 2 will include affordable rented and shared ownership accommodation and is predicted to complete in June 2023.
We are acting as the Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor, working alongside Settle Group (Client) and Jarvis Contracting Group Limited (Contractors).
