๐๐ญ๐๐๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ ๐ฃ๐๐ฌ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ง ๐ฉ๐๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ฉ๐ค๐ฃ ๐๐๐ฎ๐ฃ๐๐จ ๐๐ช๐จ๐๐ฃ๐๐จ๐จ ๐๐ค๐ข๐ข๐ช๐ฃ๐๐ฉ๐ฎ! Today is the building launch of the refurbished Avebury House.
This four-storey office building now features a brand new reception area, breakout space, communal workstation, tea point and roof terrace. As part of the refurbishment, all building services were removed and replaced, the glazing and roof were renewed, the ceiling heights were maximised and new showers and cycle store facilities were installed.
Special features include a new roof terrace with landscaping and improved access for tenants, and a communal workstation with a powered workbench and tea point. There is also a CAT A+ marketing suite for prospective tenants on the ground floor.
We were pleased to be involved in this project acting as the Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, Principal Designer and Quantity Surveyor, working alongside the clients of Mayfair Capital Investment Management Limited, Contractors ODGroup, MEP Engineers Promode Building Services Consultants Limited, Interior Designer Studio Interior Ltd and client-side Architect IID Architects.
