We are pleased to announce the completion of Lea Bridge House.
Lea Bridge House was once a single tower block providing sheltered housing for vulnerable residents. The project included two four-storey extensions to the existing tower block with new and improved rooms, and shared kitchens. The scheme also benefitted from a new community room, an extensive office and lobby refurbishment.
Through a collaborative approach and hard work, Lea Bridge House has provided over 100 new units for sheltered accommodation. Tenants feedback has been outstanding.
Lea Bridge achieved a BREEAM “Very Good” rating in accordance with the planning permission.
Potter Raper provided Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor and Principal Designer services and are pleased to have played a big part in the schemes success.
