We are pleased to announce our appointment to the ‘Legacy’ project; the cornerstone of the wider re-development of Wirral Waters. Wirral Waters is a 500-acre brownfield site and former dockland, and this development will transform the area into a mixed-use, high-density, sustainable development that will elevate and regenerate the area.
Peel L&P have launched a 30-year strategy for the site to become the largest regeneration project in the UK, creating up to 20,000 permanent jobs.
Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC) is the sole investor for the Legacy project, a Build-to-Rent scheme comprising 6 blocks designed to mirror the industrial legacy of the area providing 500 one and two-bedroom apartments, 100 of which will be affordable housing. We are acting as PIC’s Fund Monitor including providing pre-contract Due Diligence.
