We are delighted to announce that Magenta Court has been awarded the overall winners at the grand finals ‘National Building Excellence Awards 2021’. The scheme was submitted to the finals after picking up the ‘Regional Winner (Central Region)’ award for ‘Best Small Social Housing Development at the LABC (Local Authority Building Control) Excellence Awards.
This project created a mix of 29 one and two-bed affordable homes, along with public open space, parking and associated amenity space. Potter Raper acted as the Site Inspectors for this scheme, working alongside Dacorum Borough Council, Jarvis Contracting and Architects RG & P.
Potter Raper were actively involved in the project delivery. We attended many site and design meetings, provided the client with comfort that the technical aspects of the job were being closely and professionally monitored and ensured the contractor delivered effective solutions to chronic problems which have been endured over a long time.
Our Site Inspectors use automated site reporting which sends our reports straight to our office. This allows us to speed up the reporting process and provide that much needed added value to our clients.
