We are delighted to announce the handover of the Markham Close site in Cambridge, the final site of Cambridge Investment Partnership’s Garage Infill Sites that we have worked on. Markham Close consists of five one-bedroom flats with off-street parking for which we were appointed as Employer’s Agent. The site will also incorporate various green features including photovoltaic solar panels and reduced water consumption.
