Potter Raper raises the bar for family support!

We’ve updated our maternity and paternity policy!

At Potter Raper, we believe in supporting our incredible employees every step of the way. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce some fantastic updates to our maternity and paternity policy.

We’ve extended our maternity pay from 3 months to 6 months full paid leave and we’ve also increased paternity leave from 2 weeks to 4 weeks full pay. This entitlement also applies to adoption leave.

These updates are a testament to our ongoing commitment to the wellbeing and happiness of our Potter Raper family. Together, we’ll continue to create a supportive, nurturing work environment where everyone can thrive.
