We’re thrilled to announce the completion of McFarlane Place, part of the Television Centre regeneration, a key project in the transformation of the iconic White City area! This scheme, developed by Stanhope in partnership with Peabody, has delivered 142 new homes, including London Affordable Rent, Shared Ownership, and London Living Rent properties.
The development comprises two blocks, Block H1 and Block H2, offering a mix of housing options with fantastic communal spaces including a roof terrace and landscaped podium garden. With energy-efficient heating systems, including air source heat pumps, and photovoltaic panels, all apartments are rated B or above for energy performance. Plus, with retail space on the ground floor and proximity to Westfield and transport links, this is a vibrant new community in the heart of London.
Emma Woodford, our Director on this project, shares, “We’re pleased to have been involved in this project as Client Representative, working alongside Stanhope, Peabody, and Kier Construction. The completed blocks look fantastic and have created much-needed sustainable and affordable homes that contribute to the future of White City.”
